Steve CurleySteve Curley, Owner/Director
Steve Curley brings a wealth of experience to our program. After spending nearly 20 years in the field of education as a teacher and coach, he spent a like number of years as an executive in the sporting goods industry.(editor's note:he is really, really old!) He is currently the Owner and Director of the internationally recognized Red Auerbach Basketball School, now in its 49th year, and the All Cape Hoop Camps, the highly successful programs of coed 3X3 basketball now in its 13th season. Steve values the years he spent with Red Auerbach and says that after 40+ years in camps, he is getting "close to perfection." Since retiring from industry, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Metro West YMCA and is past member of the Board of the West End House Boys and Girls club. He is currently on the Board of the West End House Camp that caters to all youngsters regardless of race, creed, or social status. He is truly the driving force behind the successful basketball camps he oversees.

Don Grimes, Program Director
Steve Curley first knew of Don Grimes when he was a super basketball player and thousand point scorer (before the 3 point line) at Medway High School. After High School Don fulfilled a life long dream of becoming a police officer. In addition to his police duties and motorcycle patrol work, he is currently the School Intervention Officer in his home town of Medway. He is the retired coach of Medway High School Basketball. He is a high school board official and in addition, he is the Commissioner of the Tri- Valley Basketball League, Women's division. Don is an imposing person who is guaranteed to get your attention. He is also the Program Director of the Auerbach School and his leadership and experience will go along way in making this inaugural season a great success. He loves what he does and is responsible for running our camp on day to day basis.

Edson Cardoso
Edson is a high school teacher and the head coach at Charlestown high school. He has a master's degree from Eastern Nazarene College were he was a stand out shooting guard. He is the youngest coach in Boston History to bring his team to the State Tournament and spent a year in Cape Verde where he coached an 18 and under team and was a member of their National Team. He has also worked at the Red Auerbach School and the All Cape Hoop Camps.

Donald Morris
Donald was a super player during his High School and College Career. He is pied piper with young people as a coach and leader at Basketball City in Boston where he is a director at the Boston Celtic Camp. Donald has been with the Auerbach School since he was a student and is now the most respected coach in the camp and his team was the 2008 winner of the camp's pro division. Donald is currently the Head Coach at Lesley College in Cambridge where he hopes to turn around a long sleeping program to a winning one. Donald is a terrific clinician and runs a great dribbling station!!

Doug Pasquerella
Doug decided on being a basketball coach even as a college undergraduate. At Cortland State College, Doug was an undergraduate and a graduate assistant with the College Basketball Team. He came to the Auerbach School in the summer as a counselor and then a coach. He was a high school coach and Physical Education Teacher prior to taking over as the Head Coach at the State University of New York in New Paltz. After 5 seasons at New Paltz, Doug decided to return to high school and is currently the Head Coach at Homer High School in Homer, New York. He is a commissioner at the Red Auerbach Basketball School and he directs the Rookie Camp at the All Cape Hoop Camps. He will head up the Hoop Fever Rookie Camp and bring his enthusiasm, innovations and basketball knowledge to offer our Rookies a great week of basketball and fun.

Rachael Held
Rachael is from Newton, MA and in high school she played field hockey, basketball and softball. At the University of Connecticut, she wanted to do something different. She made the varsity rowing team and was still able to maintain a 4.0 grade point average at graduation. Rachael started as a camper at our All Cape Camp and we just knew that when she was in college, we wanted her to hire her due to her dynamic personality and high energy level!! She works our defensive stations at camp and really makes it a challenge. Rachael is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and can be found teaching “spinning” all most on a daily basis and a number of exercise clubs. If not busy enough, she also assists as coach of field Hockey and lacrosse at Dana Hall, her alma mater.

Pam Wojnar
We have been fortunate to have Pam with us at our Cape camps for a number of years. Pam's career in Basketball is very solid. Pam was an assistant at Marymount University in Virginia before accepting her first head coaching position at St. Mary's College of Maryland. Pam moved on to Rosemont College in PA were she had great success. She was Coach of the Year three times and took her team to their first conference championship in the school's history. She served a dual role as Athletic Director at Rosemont until she moved back to her home state as Associated Director Of Athletics at Wheaton College. Until this past year, Pam was Director of Athletics at The College of Notre Dame resigning in order to complete her Doctorate in Athletic Administration. Now Dr. Wojnar is back with us, and back to her first love; working with young people in the game of basketball. She heads up our rebounding stations and is an extremely knowledgeable basketball person.
